Willis has acquired Vision Insurance Group, based in Montgomery, for an undisclosed sum.
Vision Insurance, which was founded in 2000, had revenues during 2003 of approximately £1.76m. According to a report, the company specialises in commercial and employee benefits business.
Willis chairman and chief executive Joe Plumeri said: "This acquisition is consistent with our strategy of building our business across key sectors of the economy."
