Universal Vehicle Services has secured a three-year deal with General Motors for vehicle salvage and contentious vehicle disposal management in the UK.
The contact covers the disposal of Vauxhall, Saab and Chevrolet vehicles.
Universal works closely with the insurance industry to collect, store and dispose of cars.
David Turney, sales director at Universal, said: “The renewal of this contract is highly significant as it demonstrates that we offer a truly professional and transparent operation. We are delighted that GM UK has chosen to extend their relationship with us and look forward to working with them for another three years.”
Paolo Luca, special projects manager for demonstration and company cars at GM UK, commented: “The excellent working relationship we have had with Universal in the past, combined with their professional approach to the tender process confirmed to us that Universal was the right company to be awarded the contract.”
