Lloyd’s broker appoints Keith Anderson and Paul Chalk

Insurance and reinsurance broker United Insurance Brokers (UIB) has promoted Keith Anderson to the UIB Holdings Group board as group finance director and hired Paul Chalk as divisional director for IT.

Anderson initially joined UIB in December 2009. Before joining UIB he held senior finance positions in the insurance broking sector, most recently as chief finance officer of Willis Global Specialties and previously as CFO of Aon Risk Services UK.

As divisional director for IT, Chalk will oversee all aspects of IT for UIB Limited from its Mansell Street headquarters in London. In particular he will lead projects to upgrade the existing infrastructure, desktop applications and business communication platforms over the next two years.

Before joining UIB Chalk spent three years as head of IT at international insurance and reinsurance broker Glencairn and 17 years at Marsh prior to that.
