chief operating officer's role expanded
Lloyd's broker UIB has appointmented Philip Tuite-Dalton to the Board of UIB Holdings.
Mr Tuite-Dalton is UIB's Chief Operating Officer and has been a director of a number of UIB subsidiaries since he joined the group in 2001. He will retain his Chief Operating Office role at UIB, paying particular attention to enhancing the effectiveness of UIB and to extending the UIB offering to a wider client base so that UIB remains the broker of choice worldwide.
Bassem Kabban, UIB's Chief Executive Officer, said: "Philip has added tremendous value to the UIB business over the last seven years. We have benefited from his extensive senior experience in international insurance broking. He is a valued member of the UIB management and client teams.
"As we face numerous challenges and great opportunities in an ever changing marketplace, Philip's contribution on the parent company's Board will be particularly important."
