Financial chaos takes its toll
Analysts are clearly having a hard time keeping up with this week’s financial market chaos. Citigroup analysts said they had to twice rewrite the introduction of a paper on the impact of the turmoil on European insurers. Meanwhile Standard & Poor’s cancelled a teleconference on financial institutions’ ratings to “enable our analysts to continue to review developments in the marketplace”.
The 2025 Insurance Times Awards took place on the evening of Wednesday 3rd December in the iconic Great Room of London’s Grosvenor House.
