Former HSBC and Zurich head Teresa Robson-Capps joins consolidator’s board
Towergate has appointed Teresa Robson-Capps as an independent non-executive director on its board and as a member of the audit committee.
Robson-Capps was most recently deputy head of HSBC Direct Bank from June 2009 to September 2011.
Prior to this she was head of contact centres for HSBC, a role covering 11 million UK customers from 13 virtual sites.
Robson-Capps was also an associate partner at Accenture from 2003 to 2006 and in the three years prior to that, was managing director of the customer division at Reality, a division of GUS PLC .
Her previous senior executive roles include customer services director at Cable & Wireless, transformation director at Zurich Insurance and managing director of Sears Retail Services.
