Towergate expands in Newcastle

Towergate has appointed Nham Lee as account director at TRS Newcastle.

Lee will work alongside managing director Neil Forrest in continuing to build the business in the Tyne and Wear region.

Lee joins from Robertson-McIsaac Insurance Brokers and brings an in depth industry knowledge of the legal profession, financial sector, IT, film and media markets.

Nham specialises in Professional Indemnity insurance and Financial Lines insurance and is a Lexcel accredited consultant.

This appointment follows that of Martin Currie who joined TRS Newcastle earlier in May. Currie was previously with AON and has also been appointed as an account director.

Neil Forrest, managing director of TRS Newcastle, said: “These are significant appointments to our Tyne and Wear operation where we have ambitious plans to build the leading broker proposition for the region.”
