Towergate Partnership have acquired Cardiff based intermediary, Medical & Professional, which represents £4.5m of commercial business.
Andy Homer, chief executive of Towergate Partnership, said: “This deal grows our South Wales operation and we have one or two other targets in mind to enable us to achieve our ambitions to have a full hub operation based in this region”.
Peter Cullum, executive chairman of Towergate Partnership, said: “We are looking to further expand our reach in South Wales and our latest acquisition is an important milestone in achieving our ambitions in this region of the UK”.
This is Towergate's 110th transaction, taking it to £1.36bn of Gross Written Premium.
