Broker's retail division boosts Southern presence
Towergate has announced a series of senior appointments to its retail division in the South.
The company said the appointments reflect the successful growth of the business across the region.
Joe Thelwell has been appointed managing director of Towergate Risk Solutions in Poole. Thelwell, 27, becomes Towergate’s youngest managing director.
Tony Gilpin has been appointed as managing director of Towergate Chapman Stevens, the leading professional insurance advisers to many travel companies in the UK. Gilpin is a graduate of the Towergate Business School and replaces Chris Vander who has agreed to remain with the business on a consultancy basis.
Nick Hatch has been appointed as managing director of Towergate Risk Solutions North London and Towergate GHBC. Hatch was formerly managing director of Towergate Risk Solutions Taunton. He was also part of the Towergate Business School “Leadership Programme” which prepares future leaders of the business.
Lee Davey replaces Nick Hatch as managing director of Towergate Risk Solutions Taunton. Davey has held a number of posts within Towergate, most recently deputy managing director of the Taunton office.
