Purchase of TF Bell Group increases Leicester presence to four
Towergate has acquired Leicester broker, T F Bell Group.
Under the deal, all 57 staff and directors have made the move to Towergate. The team will continue to be led by Chief Executive Officer, Stephen Hough based at two sites in Hinckley.
T F Bell is a leading general, healthcare and financial services broker handling in excess of £15m GWP. Towergate already boasts three successful businesses in the city, with commercial broker, Towergate Risk Solutions Leicester, military kit insurance provider Towergate Wilsons, and online intermediary for the mortgage broker market, Towergate Home and Protect.
Peter Cullum, Executive Chairman of Towergate said: “The T F Bell team adds some great expertise to Towergate, and it will help enhance our healthcare and financial services capabilities. This new family member also increases our presence in Leicester where we already have a significant operation.”
