The new system, powered and developed by SSTGH and named I-CAN by Munters, is web-based and is used in every stage of the claim process from logging to dispatch.

Prior to I-CAN field staff had to hand-write and multi-fax reports several pages long. We needed a solution and believe we have found it.

Our administration systems and procedures are now 100% paper free, and capacity for more detailed and tailored management information has been created.

We can provide real-time estimates and reports for customers and property owners that are clear and easy to understand.

As soon as a report is completed on site it is available to be read by the insurance company and policy-holders. They can also receive automatic progress updates by e-mail or SMS text messaging. The system enables us to manage a large number of jobs with greater speed than before.

I-CAN is streets ahead of anything anyone else is able to offer in the restoration industry and will bring huge benefits not only to Munters but to its customers.
