Ratings agencies Standard & Poor’s and AM Best both said Swiss Re’s ratings were unaffected following the announcement of its full year results for 2003.
Both companies said the profits reported by Swiss Re was in line with their expectations and had already been calculated into its ratings.
Swiss Re has an A+ (superior) rating from AM Best and an AA/Stable/A-1+ rating from Standard & Poor’s.
