Swinton Business has reported steady growth in sales of commercial legal protection throughout 2005.
Carolyn Callan, head of business insurance for Swinton says: "Swinton is delighted with the take-up under the scheme. The scheme incepted in September 2004 and the take-up rates have consistently improved. We currently have a 62% penetration level for new business."
The policy provides cover for employment disputes and compensation awards, legal defence, property protection, bodily injury and tax.
