Smart & Cook develops acquisition programme with key appointment

Smart & Cook has appointed Dave Ball as its integration director.

Ball joins the company from Allianz Cornhill where he was a national key account manager.

Smart & Cook said Ball would be responsible for developing and implementing the company's acquisition programme.
