Travelers-owned business Simply Business unveils new logo as it aims for global expansion
Travelers-owned commercial insurance broker Simply Business has unveiled a new logo and rebrand ahead of US expansion plans.
The rebrand comes at a time when Simply Business is seeking expansion in the US SME market. Last year it added an office in Boston. It also operates out of London and Northampton.
The broker made headlines in March when it was sold to Travelers for £400m. Travelers said at the time that it plans to use the Simply Business deal to help it break into the microbusiness market in the US and elsewhere.
The rebrand is intended to reflect the individuality and diversity of the company’s 500 employees and 425,000 customers. An emphasis on ‘Business insurance made for you’ promises tailored business insurance for small business and tradespeople through the insurance provider’s digital platform.
Simply Business chief marketing officer Fiona McSwein said: “The task now is to activate the brand across multiple touchpoints. We’re committed to making it easier for small businesses to get the insurance they need, and this new, more personalised experience will help us deliver on this promise”
