Tom Coe has left Country Mutual to join Ryan Insurance as commercial account executive.
In his new role, Coe will be based in Colchester and work on growing new commercial business in Essex.
Coe said: "I was already aware of the strong presence in the marketplace which Ryan's had and am delighted to have the opportunity to work for an organisation which is certainly one of the leading insurance intermediaries in East Anglia.
"The most important factor of my decision to move to Ryan's is their independence. In an ever changing insurance market, with many brokers now being tied into certain insurers, it is more important than ever to ensure that the needs of the client are met rather than the needs of the broker."
