Robins Claims Solutions (RCS) has announced growth during the first quarter of 2004 up 62% on the first quarter of 2003. It said the growth was boosted by major contract wins.
Since the start of the year, Robins has won contracts with B&Q, Woolworths Group and Comet, it said.
RCS managing director Margaret Clubley, said: “For 2004, we will be building upon the success of our Global Claims Management System and ensuring continuous process improvement and technical quality of service remain at the forefront of RCS' development plans.
“In recent weeks, Mark Pierce has been appointed as business development director to ensure that RCS achieves the ambitious targets set for this year.”
