Rickman Tooze Financial Planners has acquired part of the business and assets of Cirencester-baserd Rickman Tooze Independent Financial Advisors Ltd.
The newly formed business will be known as RT Financial Planners.
RT Financial Planners chief executive Matthew Morris said: “We are delighted to announce this acquisition and reassure the market and our customers that they will continue to receive the same high level of advice.
“What the acquisition does allow is for us to continually reinvest in the growth of the business. We are already planning for another arm of the group to be launched in September.”
RT Financial Planners has already communicated the change in ownership to its staff and key product providers and as a matter of course will be writing to all clients.
