Five Star 2024/25 MGA Overall Ratings

The 2024/25 MGA star ratings are based on the responses of over 1,650 brokers who completed the Insurance Times 2024/25 MGA Survey. Brokers rated their MGA partners out of 5 stars based on the service they had received over the last 12 months of business.

For MGAs, insurers, brokers, and other ogranisations seeking advanced in-depth analysis and feedback from over 1,600 brokers on over 50 MGAs in the market, which can be used to improve business operations, the MGA Data Insight Book can be purchased by contacting Aisha Roberts:

The MGA survey was open to UK brokers throughout July to September 2024. Brokers across the UK were asked to identify and rate the MGAs with which they have regularly placed business during the past 12 months.
