The 2024 Commercial Lines Star Ratings are based on the responses of over 550 brokers who completed the Insurance Times 2023/24 Commercial Lines Survey. Brokers rated their insurer partners out of 5 stars based on the service they had received over the last 12 months of business.

The commercial lines survey was open to UK brokers throughout October to December 2023. Brokers across the UK were asked to identify and rate insurers with which they have regularly placed business during the past 12 months. Brokers were also asked to answer a range of questions on service, claims, underwriting, relationship management, quality of cover and much more.
