Loss adjuster wins three star rating for second year running
Loss adjuster QuestGates said it has retained its three star ‘Exceptional’ accreditation for customer service from Investor in Customers (IIC).
QuestGates said it is the only UK loss adjuster to hold this accolade.
Director Alistair Steward, said: “As we continue to grow, it is going to be even more important that we raise the bar even higher.”
IIC managing director Tony Barritt said: “Only 15% of companies that work with IIC eventually achieve the 3-star rating. The fact that QuestGates achieved this result in its second year of assessment and has retained this status in this latest audit demonstrates the commitment of its staff to not merely satisfying their customers, but delighting them.”
