Insurer says the appointment is part of expansion plans for its UK commercial property offering.
QBE has appointed Peter Fice as manager of its London Market retail property operation.
Fice’s appointment marks the next stage in QBE’s growth drive in the UK property insurance sector and coincides with the launch of a programme to recruit senior London Market property underwriters and geographic risk analysts to the team.
Previously account director of RSA’s Risk Solutions business, Peter worked both with London Market and national brokers delivering bespoke solutions for property, casualty and motor risks. In his thirty year career with RSA, Peter led a number of underwriting and sales teams in a variety of disciplines with a particular focus on London Market and major clients.
