Andrew will be responsible for leading and co-ordinating PricewaterhouseCoopers services to the insurance industry across the UK.

Andrew has extensive experience of the insurance sector and is well placed to deliver this strategy for our clients.’’

Kail said: “Insurance is an important sector for PricewaterhouseCoopers and I am delighted to be taking on this role at such an exciting time in the industry’s development. “In doing so, I will be drawing on our team of over 1,000 insurance practitioners in the UK and working closely with our insurance teams from across the PricewaterhouseCoopers global network. My focus will be to ensure PricewaterhouseCoopers continues to be at the forefront of industry developments to support our clients through these changes.”
