Pukka Insure founder Sam White launches Freedom Brokers

Pukka Insure and Action 365 founder Sam White has launched a new motor broker. Freedom Brokers will operate as part of the newly created Freedom Services Group (FSG).

Current Action 365 managing director Ray Westwick will become managing director of Freedom Brokers. Ian Godfrey will take on the role of FSG chief underwriting officer.

White said: “With the launch of Freedom Brokers we will be entering the broker space for the first time within the group. This represents a huge step for us. The changes will have a significant impact on the business and will allow us a greater level of insight and act as a holistic value chain. From client on-boarding to claims, having all the elements under one roof is very beneficial.”

Freedom Brokers will benefit from a panel of leading insurers and White has stressed that Pukka Insure will not be treated “any differently” from other insurers.

Freedom Brokers will aim to create a client-centric approach through collaboration and investment in technology.
