Primary Group has appointed Sir Duncan Nichol as non-executive director to the board.

Sir Duncan Nichol has held Board positions on a number of Primary Group businesses since 2001 and is also on the Group's remuneration committee and audit committee.

Lord Carter of Coles, chairman of the Primary Group, said: “I am delighted that Sir Duncan has agreed to join the main Board. He brings with him a breadth of experience in corporate governance, strategic direction and organisational development which will be valued by the Group at this stage in its development”.
