Three new regional managers arrive
PowerPlace has restructured its 36-strong field based sales and consultant team into three regions.
Each region will be managed by three newly appointed senior regional managers.
Responsible for the Central and South West regions, Dominic Preist joins PowerPlace from Aon Risk Services where he spent over 10 years, most recently as UK development director.
Malcolm Lips will be responsible for the North. He most recently worked in the education and charity sectors. Prior to that, he was at AIG as a regional branch manager.
Finally, Sarah Stevens will be responsible for the South East following 25 years at Lloyds TSB.
PowerPlace chief executive Matthew Reed said: “PowerPlace has grown from a standing start to have over 460 brokers using it in less than a year – and that’s due in no small measure to our team of business development managers and consultants around the country.
"We’re looking to grow the number of brokers using PowerPlace to over 600 by the end of this year, and so it is essential that we have the right infrastructure in place to support our field-based team as we grow so they in turn can continue to deliver an excellent service to brokers. I am confident that with Dominic, Malcolm and Sarah on board, we’ve got the right people on board to not only drive our broker partnerships but also ensure that we maintain service levels.”
