Broker aims to become leader in risk management sector
Oxygen Insurance Brokers has acquired a portfolio of specialist technology and new media Professional Indemnity business from Digital Risk Solutions (DRS).
DRS provide broking and risk management services primarily to software gaming companies and mobile media content providers.
The portfolio acquisition is an important strategic move in positioning Oxygen as a leading broker to businesses in this growing market.
With immediate effect, all DRS clients will move to Oxygen where they will be serviced by the Professional Risks team.
