OAMPS UK Ltd has announced the acquisition of Boylan & James Ltd t/as Whichers Boylan and James (WBJ).
David Barrett, managing director, commented: “With operations in Coulsdon, Surrey, WBJ have been serving the local area for more than 50 years.”
“The acquisition increases the scale of our Reigate operations and is an important step towards the continued growth of our insurance broking operations in the UK market.”
