Norwich Union (NU) has created a website to help landlords in the buy-to-let market maximise their investment.
The website contains information on dealing with tenants, understanding regulations, buying and selling property, marketing techniques, and managing finances, said the insurer.
NU product manager for property owners Mervyn Harris said the brokers wishing to retain business in the sector could draw on the website's resources for help and advice.
The site is available to all Norwich Union residential property owner policyholders.
It was developed following research into the growing property owners' market and the launch of its new policy last year, said the insurer.
