Norwich Union and BT are to offer brokers free technology consultations in a bid to help them embrace the benefits of IT.
Greg Gladwell, director of services-intermediary business Norwich Union said: "Via Norwich Union, BT will provide a free broadband consultancy service to brokers looking to understand how technology can work for them.
"We recognise that for many intermediaries existing methods of communicating with insurers can sometimes be tiresome. Consequently we are offering them a chance to see how recent broadband developments can speed up day-to-day communication and help increase efficiency.
"BT will endeavour to understand brokers priorities and in many cases their concerns. By offering bespoke solutions we are confident we can assist them in delivering improved service and increased productivity."
