NIG said it has enhanced broker access to its policies through the introduction of Commercial Choice.
It said the package would offer commercial package policies to mainly personal lines brokers through a call centre.
The package has gone live for almost 300 brokers in the UK, said the insurer.
“This solution presents these brokers with an effective solution in how they operate with NIG, following on from the recent launch of NIG's new commercial quotation system for commercial package policies,” said the company.
NIG commercial managing director Charles Earle, said: “NIG Commercial Choice has been developed as an effective application for a sizeable group of brokers thus widening the range of intermediaries we can support for commercial business.
“The success and wider applications of Commercial Choice will not only go a long way in satisfying the service requirements of brokers, but will also allow NIG's commercial regions to focus on its bespoke underwriting practices.”
