WTW business Willis has appointed has expanded its real estate team with four senior hires.

Lauren McKay and Liam Hebron have been appointed as directors, while Craig Johnson has been named executive director and Shaun Grainger development director.

They will support a range of clients in their new roles, including real estate investment trusts , private equity real estate firms, private investors, pension funds and investment managers.

All four will report into Paul Turnbull, managing director for real estate at Willis.

“Real estate investors and landlords require specialised guidance to ensure their portfolios are resilient in a rapidly changing landscape.

Experience

McKay joins Willis from CBRE, where she spent five years working in client solutions and business development, while Hebron has previously worked with Gallagher and Axco, specialising in management liability and financial institutions.

Meanwhile, Johnson has advised real estate and construction clients at Lockton and Marsh duirng his career, while Grainger has 20 years of experience working with residential real estate investment clients, particularly those involved in build-to-rent developments.

Turnbull said: ”With this strengthened team, Willis is well-positioned to continue its leadership in the real estate advisory and risk management sectors.”
