’Being the official insurance broker partner confirms the importance of our specialised expertise and our ongoing commitment to offering our clients advanced solutions and expert guidance,’ says head
WTW has signed a deal to become Inter Milan’s official insurance broker partner.
The partnership agreement will see WTW provide strategic advice and advanced broker services to the Serie A football club.
As part of this, the broker will aim to optimise risk management through “accurate qualitative and quantitative analysis” and help with governance for risk retention and transfer to the insurance market.
The deal comes after Inter Milan and WTW decided to expand their current partnership.
Gianmarco Tosti, head of the Mediterranean region and Italy’s country manager at WTW, said: “We are extremely proud to announce our partnership with Inter.
“Being the official insurance broker partner confirms the importance of our specialised expertise and our ongoing commitment to offering our clients advanced solutions and expert guidance, with the aim of creating meaningful value and improving the ability of organisations to navigate risks in a more effective and efficient way.”
Giorgio Ricci, chief revenue officer at the club, added: “After a long collaboration, we are pleased to announce the evolution of our relationship with WTW, which officially becomes part of our partner family.
“Having already worked together over the years, we are fully aware of the great value that WTW, a global leader in its field, brings. This new agreement will allow us to work together even more effectively, offering WTW all the benefits of being an Inter partner.”
