Delegated authority technology firm Vipr has appointed Chantal Dawson as its new global head of customer success.
Dawson will be responsible for expanding Vipr’s account management and customer success functions, with the aim of ensuring the business meets and exceeds the needs of its global customer base.
She will be based in London and will report to Vipr chief executive Paul Templar.
Templar said the appointee would ”be key in driving our customer success initiatives and supporting growth”.
“Her industry experience and successful track record of achievement make her an ideal fit,” he added.
“We are excited to have Dawson join us at Vipr.”
Insurance experience
Dawson joins Vipr from insurance services firm Charles Taylor, where she most recently served as strategic client relations director.

Prior to Charles Taylor, Dawson was implementation manager of e-accounting at insurance broker Aon.
She also spent over 10 years at Willis Towers Watson (WTW), where she served as relationship manager and business lead for e-implementation, before being promoted to business lead for e-accounting.
Dawson said she was “delighted to join Vipr”.
“Its performance over the past 15 years has been outstanding,” she added.
“I look forward to working with our customers to ensure Vipr meets their needs and exceeds their expectations.”
Vipr was established in 2009 in London and was the first software solutions provider to be approved by the Lloyd’s London Market for direct reporting.
She was selected for the Women in Journalism Senior Mentoring Scheme in 2019 and, in 2022, went on to win the Highly Commended Award in the Most Promising Newcomer category at the British Insurance Brokers’ Association (BIBA) Journalist and Media Awards.
