’We thank them both for their outstanding contributions at Allianz,’ says spokesperson
Allianz has confirmed that claims leaders Graham Gibson and Caroline Johnson will both be leaving the business.
Gibson has held the role of chief claims officer at the insurer since 2008, while Johnson has served as claims director for the firm’s personal arm since 2024.
Allianz said both would leave the business in Q4 2025 and that their roles will not be replaced.
An Allianz spokesperson said: “We thank them both for their outstanding contributions at Allianz and wish them all the best for the future.”
