The transaction marks the broking group’s 32nd M&A deal since 2001
Intermediary organisation The Clear Group has made its first acquisition of 2022, buying Ashford-based broker Kent Insurance Brokers and its book of business.
Established in 1992, Kent Insurance Brokers offers general commercial, fleet, property owners and professional indemnity insurance. Its customer base mainly comprises of industrial and engineering sector business owners.
For Clear Group, the transaction marks the company’s 32nd acquisition since it was founded in 2001.
