Carmina Lees
Starting off the week, Accenture appointed Carmina Lees as the new head of its insurance practice for the UK and Ireland.
Lees, who has been with the professional services firm since 2017, will be responsible for helping insurers and brokers enhance operations and advance digital initiatives.

Lisa Bartlett
Then, Crawford announced that Lisa Bartlett is resigning from her position as chief operating officer for international operations and president for the UK and Ireland.
Bartlett joined the claims management firm in 2019 as chief client officer before working her way up to her most recent roles in November 2023.
She will leave the firm on 31 July 2024.

Following this, RightIndem named Richard Massingham as its new chief strategy officer.

Sam Franks
And rounding off the week, specialist insurer Beazley appointed Sam Franks as its new country manager for the UK and Ireland.
In his new role, Franks will focus on the development of Beazley’s UK and Irish regional business outside the Lloyds market.

His career began in 2019, when he joined a local north London newspaper after graduating from the University of Sheffield with a first-class honours degree in journalism.
