Stackhouse Poland has acquired high net worth broker Symmetry Private Insurance Limited.
Stackhouse Poland chairman Jeremy Cary said that its strategy continues to be focused on “strong organic growth” in its chosen sectors and via the acquisition of like-minded companies.
He added: “The private client sector has always been at the heart of our business and Symmetry adds a further layer of capability within our specialist private client team. We are delighted to welcome Chris and his team into the fold.”
Meanwhile Symmetry’s managing director and founder, Chris Tully, said: “We have been thinking about the next chapter for a while and it was important that we found a successor firm that enables us to broaden our proposition for the benefit of our clients.

Established in 1974, Stackhouse Poland recently acquired specialist legal indemnity insurance broker –Title and Covenant to strengthen its existing proposition in real estate.
