’His expertise and technical insights will be instrumental in shaping decision-making,’ says chief executive
Fidelis Insurance has appointed Jonny Strickle as its new group managing director.
In his new role, Strickle will oversee actuarial, capital, underwriting and risk functions and report to chief executive Dan Burrows.
Burrows said Strickle would play a “pivotal role in guiding the company’s decision making”, citing his ability to integrate insights into the underwriting strategy.
Burrows added: ”His expertise and technical insights will be instrumental in shaping decision-making across the organisation as we continue to prioritise sustained growth and long-term value creation.”
Experience
Strickle joined the firm in 2020 and became the group chief actuarial officer upon the completion of the separation transactions in 2023.
