RSA expands Profin offering with new resource hub

RSA has expanded its professional and financial lines (Profin) offering with a new online resource hub.

Called Business Support Hub, the digital platform is designed to help broker clients protect and manage their business.

It contains over 2,000 online resources covering a range of topics.

This includes business compliance, risk management, data security and business operations.

Resources that individuals will have access to include hundreds of guides, checklists, videos, workflow tools and legal templates.

In a statement announcing the platform today (31 January 2024), Jo Darkins, Profin director at RSA, said: “We’re delighted to launch the Business Support Hub, a vital enhancement to our market-leading Profin offering.

“We are constantly talking to brokers and understanding how we can evolve our proposition and better serve them and their customers.”

Brokers

To support the launch, RSA will engage with brokers to showcase the hub and support them in offering it to customers.

Brokers will also be given the opportunity to gain an in-depth knowledge of the hub and how the platform can be used to further engage with their customers. 

“Customers are interested in more than just cover – they want an offer that goes beyond the traditional and includes value-added services,” Darkins said.

“We’re now doing what we can to raise awareness among brokers and ensure their customers can benefit from the wealth of resources available on the hub.”
