A new top boss has been named by the insurtech
RightIndem’s Oliver McGuinness has stepped down as chief executive to focus on the next phase of his career.
McGuinness joined the insurtech 2019 and led the firm on its journey to improve the claims process in the insurance industry.
His departure was announced in a LinkedIn post by chairman Kieran Rigby, who said McGuinness had setup the firm for its next phase of growth.
”Ollie has led and steered RightIndem for the past several years, bringing the business from a fledgling development company to one which today can boast blue chip clients, a series of recent client wins, a solid sales and product pipeline and strong team to take RightIndem through its next phase of growth,” Rigby said.
“The board, his friends and colleagues at RightIndem would like to thank Ollie for everything he has done to bring RightIndem to its current position and wish him only the best and continued success in all his endeavours.”
Succession
He will be succeeded by Julie Rodilosso, who has over 30 years of experience within the general insurance market.

”Her drive and strategic focus, combined with our existing teams’ talents, create a great framework for RightIndem’s continued development.”
