These awards are designed to reward and recognise the very best people, firms and initiatives working in or with the UK insurance claims sector to celebrate excellence, customer impact and innovative solutions. 

After a first round of judging, Insurance Times can reveal which firms and people have made it onto the shortlist for the final round of judging across 20 categories. 

Winners will be revealed at the awards ceremony and dinner on the evening of Thursday 22 May at the Royal Garden Hotel in London’s Kensington.
