’We hold ourselves to a high standard of doing business and will not be silent when we feel others have acted unfairly and unlawfully towards us and our employees,’ PIB Group says
PIB Group has launched legal proceedings against Howden after losing several employees earlier this month.
PIB Group told Insurance Times that a number of staff decided to leave its MGA Acquinex on 10 January 2025 after being approached by Dual, the underwriting division of Howden.
A lawsuit has now been filed against Howden “and others” in the High Court, PIB Group said.
PIB Group added: “We hold ourselves to a high standard of doing business and will not be silent when we feel others have acted unfairly and unlawfully towards us and our employees.
“We are a people-first business and our priority continues to be ensuring that we provide the best quality service for our clients and brokers.”
