Partners& has restructured its general insurance business with nine senior hires.
All the appointees have taken on managing partner roles in different areas of the UK, with three looking after client management.
Another four will look after business development, while two will be in charge of integrations for their respective regions.
The nine appointments are:
Tom Aldridge, managing partner (client management) – north
Isha Patel, managing partner (client management) – south
Howard Jones, managing partner (client management) – south
Tom Kendall, managing partner (business development) – north
Linsey Scott, managing partner (business development) – Scotland
Richard Grosvenor, managing partner (business development) – East Midlands and south east
Tamzin Campbell-Jeffery, managing partner (business development) – West Midlands and south west
Emily Thompson, managing partner (integrations) – north
Emma Tucker, managing partner (integrations) – south
The roles will be under the leadership of Ewan MacDonald, chief executive for the north, and Lee Davey, chief executive in the south.

Promotions
Eight of the nine appointments are internal promotions, five of whom have graduated from the Partners& Leadership Academy, which has recently received CII accreditation for the second year running.

Partners& said the hires “positions its agile and highly skilled team to focus on delivering excellent client retention and strong organic growth”.
Barton added: “Since we launched Partners&, we have been committed to investing in our people and their professional development.
“Our first cohort enrolled in the Partners& Academy in 2021 and we are now seeing that investment paying off. Of the nine appointments, five colleagues are academy graduates. Since 2020, we have made more than 100 internal promotions.”

His career began in 2019, when he joined a local north London newspaper after graduating from the University of Sheffield with a first-class honours degree in journalism.
He took up the position of deputy news editor at Insurance Times in March 2023, before being promoted to his current role in May 2024.View full Profile
