’It will be a great addition to NFP as we help clients tackle their risk mitigation,’ says regional managing director
US headquartered broking and consulting firm NFP has acquired Advanced Insurance Consultants (AIC) as part of plans to expand its UK presence and commercial propositions, a statement released today (24 January 2024) revealed.
Hemel Hempstead-based AIC is a broker that specialises agriculture, marine, leisure, vehicle and construction industries.
While it mainly operates in the commercial lines space, it also provides personal insurance for individuals.
NFP said acquiring the firm would help further develop its client base across London and the wider south east as well as increase its capability to deliver integrated and specialised commercial solutions.
“AIC is well respected by its clients, peers and partners and has a brilliant team of insurance professionals supporting their operation,” said Matt Pawley, regional managing director of NFP in Europe.
“AIC will be a great addition to NFP as we help clients tackle their risk mitigation.”
