’We want to be known as an exceptional and highly innovative broker, delivering exceptional outcomes to clients, partners and our people,’ says managing director
A new broker providing propositions for commercial businesses and property owners will launch next month.
Called Castlebridge Risk Solutions, the broker has been founded by Tim Grant and James Dunsby and will go live on 3 June.
It will launch as an appointed representative of Momentum Broker Solutions, giving it access to systems and operational support, as well as a panel of insurers and MGAs from the outset.
Grant, who has taken up the role of managing director, said: “Being part of Momentum gives us the best of both worlds – the agility of an independent startup and the firepower of an established broker network”.
Growth plans
Grant and Dunsby have experience in both broking and underwriting roles and also have a 20-year professional relationship developed across multiple firms.

They will work together to grow Castlebridge Risk Solutions both organically and through acquisition.
In addition to directly building their own client base, the two founders will look to accelerate the broker’s scaling through a small number of strategic partnerships.
