The appointees’ experience ‘will be invaluable as we continue to broaden our offering to our clients’, says senior leader
Independent specialist (re)insurance broker McGill and Partners has introduced a new legal liability subspeciality to its business.
Entering the legal indemnity insurance market builds on the broker’s existing offering that comprises cover in aviation and aerospace, marine and cargo and renewables, power and energy.
To support the move, McGill and Partners has welcomed two new members to its team from Arthur J Gallagher (AJG).
AJG executive director Anna Beadsmoore has been appointed as partner in the brokers property and casualty team, while former Gallagher account executive Jessica Cook has been chosen for the role of associate.
Chris Stevenson, head of complex property and casualty at McGill and Partners, said the firm was thrilled” that Beadsmoore and Cook were joining the complex property and casualty team.
Appointment reasoning
“[Beadsmoore’s] track record of building a successful business in this space will be invaluable as we continue to broaden our offering to our clients and, with [Cook’s] support, I look forward to what the future brings for the team as we continue to go from strength to strength,” Stevenson said.
