’He has incredible experience in creating teams, building culture and investing in people at scale,’ says chief executive
Chartered commercial broker Konsileo has appointed Geoff Lloyd as a non-executive director, a statement released today (11 December 2023) said.
In his new role, Lloyd, who has years of experience across several industries, will be advising the board as Konsileo continues its growth trajectory.
The firm claimed it had doubled in size in the last year and currently places in excess of £50m gross written premium (GWP) on behalf of its clients on a run-rate basis.
And it said that it wanted to use Lloyd’s expertise to “harness Konsileo’s future”.
John Warburton, chief executive and founder of Konsileo, added: “Our aim has always been to have the happiest, best-rewarded and most professional brokers in the business – because we believe putting them at the heart of our operation is what creates the most value for our clients.
“Geoff has incredible experience in creating teams, building culture and investing in people at scale – and that’s exactly what we need to help us maintain what’s so special about how we work, what we do and who we are as we continue to grow.”
Experience
Lloyd has held several senior roles during his career, with him having led human resources for FTSE 100 firms Meggitt, Serco and Airbus.
