Jensten Group has pushed its headcount to over 1,000 employees after completing three acquisitions.
The insurance distribution business said its deals with Chris Knott Insurance Consultants, Robert Gerrard and Co and Asprey Harris had now closed.
Chris Knott brings a team of 19 professionals and an office in Hastings, along with an additional £6.1m in gross written premium (GWP).
Robert Gerrard also adds 19 staff and a new office in Chingford, while Chesham-based Asprey Harris brings a team of three.
”In tandem with these acquisitions, Jensten is proud to announce that it has surpassed 1,000 employees,” the business said.
