’We’re pleased to support Integra as they harness technology to power growth,’ says chief executive
Home insurance provider Integra has entered into a multi-year deal with Addresscloud as it looks to provide address-level risk assessment and exposure management services.
Founded in 2015, Addresscloud provides a cloud-based application programming interface (API) geocoding and intelligence platform to enable sectors to identify and manage exposure to geographic risks.
A statement released yesterday (24 May 2023) said the firm would provide Integra with roof-top address level matching, management tools and access to property characteristics.
These characteristics will include property footprint, heating source and rebuild cost – this will allow Integra to offer more accurate premiums for every individual property.
Martin Cox, chief executive of Integra, said: “The Addresscloud solutions allow Integra to move to the forefront of address-level underwriting in our marketplace and build a high-quality portfolio based upon accurate risk information and not penalise our customers for generalisations made in the area in which their home is situated.”
API approach
Integra said the integration will be deployed via APIs and the Integra Insurer Hosted Pricing hub (IHP).

Cox said an API approach meant Integra would automatically receive the latest data updates and as a result could adjust pricing instantaneously when needed.
Mark Varley, founder and chief executive of Addresscloud, added: “We’re pleased to support Integra as they harness technology to power growth and look forward to working with them to support their development of better customer insights and a robust pricing model.”
